Rayce Samuelson, who oversaw our life-saving Overdose Prevention Center in East Harlem, was highlighted as part of his Bloomberg American Health Initiative fellowship work, where he is working to make a difference in the health of Americans.

“I was proud that we pushed through the adversity to open the first of these sites in the U.S.,” says Samuelson. “We set a precedent just by opening. Our work could be built upon in other places in this country.”
