East Harlem: Hear My Voice

The group provides a safe space for participants to express their voice through journal writing. The group will support in writing, reflecting, and navigating the voices of a quiet storm. Participants will also get an opportunity to hear their voices come alive by sharing the writing with the group, within their comfort zone.
