In this group, participants discuss healthier avenues and ways of life, philosophies of thought, and mindfulness – with the goal of making positive changes in one’s life. Some sample topics are The Five Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, The Rules for Being Human from ancient Sanskrit, sleep hygiene, and more.
