This group meets Mondays to provide support.

Hour of Power is a weekly group that allows participants a space for healthy self-expression, discussion of lived experiences, and the sharing of difficult truths.

In this group, participants improve their well-being through guided creative arts activities and discussion, helping to explore, identify, and cope with their thoughts, emotions, feelings and personal insights.
