Supervised Consumption Sites: Benefits and Addressing Misconceptions

GLIDE’s Center for Social Justice and the Safer Inside Coalition presented “Supervised Consumption Sites: Addressing Benefits and Misconceptions,” a free virtual event to engage the community in a conversation about supervised consumption sites/services (SCS).

The event took place on February 10 and included a presentation about Safe Consumption Sites (SCS) and the overdose crisis in San Francisco. A panel of experts in the field spoke about legislative efforts and questions were taken by panel on what SCS can mean for the San Francisco community.
