This weekly group is designed for anyone who identifies as a woman, and creates a safe space for women to experience a sense of camaraderie among one another and express themselves creatively. The group starts with a check-in of physical wellness, where everyone is encouraged to express and/or identify their current physical state of being, while offering the group a word they wish to give to the group as a positive affirmation for the day. Participants then engage in discussions of various goals they they can work towards during their day-to-day life – such as patience, focus, safe sex work, self-identity, self-love, boundary setting, and much more.
