In mid-July, Tony Duffin, CEO of Ana Liffey Drug Project, visited the Overdose Prevention Centres in East Harlem and Washington Heights… here he says Europe should take inspiration from their recent response to street-based drug use and their attempts to reduce drug-related deaths.
