OnPoint NYC has been featured in a variety of news articles, videos, and other media. The resources below may answer many of your questions about OnPoint NYC and our work.
Please do not contact OnPoint NYC's front desk or public safety hotline for media inquiries or follow-ups - the email address is the best contact.
I want to volunteer with OnPoint NYC. How do I find volunteer opportunities?
Click here to complete our volunteer application form and get started.
I want to visit the Overdose Prevention Centers and OnPoint NYC's facilities. How can I arrange to visit?
We offer tours of our facilities by appointment. Fill out this form to start this process.
Due to an influx of requests, we are unable to grant each tour request. A staff member will reach out to you if a visit can be accommodated.
I want to make a monetary donation. How do I contribute?
You can make a contribution on our donation page here.
I want to donate clothing, furniture, or other in-kind donations. What items do you accept, and how do I organize this type of donation?
Currently, OnPoint NYC only accepts clothing donations. We are happy to accept adult clothing of all sizes. We are especially in need of men's clothes - smalls and mediums. You can email [email protected] to organize your clothing drop-offs.
Our East Harlem location will be closing early at 8:30pm on Wed 5/1 and Fri 5/3. Our Washington Heights location will be open on our regular schedule.
