Weekends: 9 AM – 4:30 PM 

East Harlem Drop-In Center (104-106 E. 126th St)
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 11 PM
Weekends: 10:30 AM – 6 PM

Supply distribution follows our hours of operation.

Care coordination/case management is available Monday-Friday 8:30 AM -4 PM.

We offer tours of our facilities by appointment.  Fill out this form to start this process.

Due to an influx of requests, we are unable to grant each tour request. A staff member will reach out to you if a visit can be accommodated.

Currently, OnPoint NYC only accepts clothing donations. We are happy to accept adult clothing of all sizes. We are especially in need of men's clothes - smalls and mediums. You can email [email protected] to organize your clothing drop-offs.

Our East Harlem location will be closing early at 8:30pm on Wed 5/1 and Fri 5/3. Our Washington Heights location will be open on our regular schedule.
