New York City has opened the first two overdose prevention centers in the U.S. that supervises users of illicit drugs. CBS News’ Senior Medical Correspondent Dr. Tara Narula spoke with OnPointNYC’s executive director Sam Rivera about the controversial program that aims to save and repair lives.
